Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience working as a Head Chef or in a related position
- Proven experience working in a steakhouse or grill restaurant
- Expertise in grilling and cooking steaks to various doneness levels
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook steak dishes to specified doneness levels (Rare, Medium-Rare, Medium, etc.)
- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Develop and maintain consistent recipes and portion standards
- Supervise kitchen staff and provide training on food preparation and safety procedures
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies and controlling food costs
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are met according to regulations
