Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, special requests and concerns professionally
- Provide detailed information on spa treatments, wellness programs and available services
- Build strong relationships with guests through personalized service and anticipating their needs
- Assist with reservations, booking confirmations and appointment scheduling
- Maintain and update guest records, profiles and preferences for future reference
- Manage guest correspondence including emails and phone inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure treatment rooms, lockers and amenities meet high standards
- Work with operational teams to manage VIP arrangements, special requests and events
- Assist in organizing wellness programs, workshops and social activities
- Liaise with the Food & Beverage team to accommodate dietary needs and special requests
Requirements:
- Indonesia Citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience working as a Guest Relations Officer or in a related position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in reservation and CRM systems is a plus
