Responsibilities:
- Led full pre-opening setup: hiring, training, vendor coordination, and legal compliance.
- Developed SOPs and built key local partnerships.
- Implemented pricing strategies and managed booking channels.
- Directed digital marketing, PR, and brand positioning.
- Oversaw daily operations with a focus on service excellence and quality control.
- Ensured VIP guest satisfaction and handled escalated concerns.
- Managed budgets, cost control, and inventory.
- Introduced eco-conscious initiatives.
- Recruited and led a multicultural team.
- Promoted staff development and ensured HR compliance.
- Ensured legal, safety, and operational compliance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–10 years in senior roles with top-tier luxury brands.
- Strong in pre-openings, F&B, rooms division, revenue, and sales.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hospitality systems.
- Deep knowledge of luxury markets and Bali tourism.
- Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia preferred.
- Culturally sensitive, hands-on, and adaptable.
- Flexible schedule, driver’s license preferred.
