An IT Company in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic General Admin (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and redirect phone calls professionally
  • Address queries via phone and email promptly
  • Prepare, organize and store information in both paper and digital formats
  • Maintain contact lists and manage basic office tasks
  • Operate office equipment such as printers and photocopiers
  • Operate Xero accounting software for financial tracking
  • Practice effective customer relationship techniques to ensure client satisfaction 
  • Maintain excellent organizational, scheduling and time management skills  

Requirements:

  • Indonesia Citizen 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proven experience working as a General Admin or in a related position
  • Basic bookkeeping experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities
  • A friendly and proactive attitude with attention to details
