Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Respond to emails and maintain professional communication with clients, suppliers, and partners
- Prepare and manage shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading (BOL)
- Coordinate with shipping companies to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation
- Track shipments and address any issues related to international logistics
- Manage stock levels and inventory records
- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely restocking
- Use tools like Shopify or QuickBooks to track and manage product inventory
- Assist with tasks related to establishing and organizing the PT in Bali
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and support necessary documentation
- Use and maintain proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, QuickBooks, Shopify and social media platforms
- Support social media management for business promotions
- Assist with preparing marketing materials and managing customer engagement
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience working as a General Admin or in a related position
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, spreadsheets, and inventory management
- Experience with tools like QuickBooks and Shopify would be a plus
- Computer literacy and the ability to adapt to new software quickly
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
