Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- Develop and implement standardized production processes as well as ensuring compliance with food safety and regulatory standards
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to maintain optimal stock and reduce waste
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety and hygiene regulations (BPOM, NKV, HACCP, GMP, Halal)
- Monitor production KPIs, analyze performance data and implement improvements for operational efficiency
- Lead, train and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork accountability and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with fulfillment and sales teams to align production capacity with market demand
- Oversee equipment maintenance and facility upkeep to minimize downtime and ensure peak performance
- Manage budgets, production forecasting and reporting to support business objectives
Requirements:
- Indonesia Citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven at least 5 years of experience working as a Food Production Manager or in a related position
- Experience with meat processing would be a plus
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations (BPOM, NKV, HACCP, GMP, Halal)
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse production teams
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambitious growth targets
- Detail-oriented, proactive and systematic in managing production workflows
- Tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and production reporting
