A Jewelry Company in Ubud, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Executive Assistant (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling and confirming appointments and meetings
- Prepare and send daily or weekly lists of priorities and action items
- Monitor and respond to emails and messages on behalf of the CEO as well as ensuring timely and appropriate communication
- Draft, format and distribute internal and external communications
- Organize and maintain digital files, records and documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations and detailed itineraries
- Prepare weekly reports and updates for internal tracking and executive review
- Take meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action items
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Perform other administrative duties and support on ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven at least 5 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant or in a related position
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with high attention to details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and other standard digital tools
- Ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and discretion
- Self-starter who can work independently and efficiently without constant supervision
