Responsibilities
- Design & Website Maintenance: Create digital assets (e.g., banners) using Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator; update website content including style images and product information.
- Photoshoot Coordination: Organize and manage photoshoots, liaise with photographers/models, and deliver timely content.
- Content Creation: Support the development of brand-aligned visuals and written content for digital platforms.
- Social Media & Marketing: Execute and assist in social media strategies, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
- Sourcing & Procurement: Research and source materials, packaging, and other brand essentials.
- Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, documentation, and organizational needs of the founder and the brand.
- Catalog & Lookbook Development: Assist in compiling product catalogs and visual merchandising materials.
- Sales & Customer Service: Help with order processing, respond to customer queries, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Creative Moodboarding: Develop inspiring moodboards to guide seasonal collections and creative projects.
Requirements
- Indonesian citizenship.
- Background in Fashion Design, Fashion Business, or a related field (degree or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, and CAD tools.
- Highly organized with excellent multitasking and time management skills.
- A proactive mindset with a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt quickly to changing tasks.
