A Homestay in Uluwatu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Executive Assistant (Full-time)

 Responsibilities:

  • Manage online travel agency (OTA) platforms to ensure accurate pricing, availability and seamless booking processes
  • Handle guest reservations, special requests and inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Standby on the phone to assist guests and coordinate with relevant teams for smooth operations
  • Oversee the check-in and check-out process as well as ensuring a welcoming experience for guests
  • Organize and oversee the daily tasks of the team as well as  ensuring everyone is aligned with operational goals
  • Effectively delegate responsibilities to maintain efficiency and service quality
  • Handle cashier duties including processing payments and maintaining financial accuracy
  • Monitor financial transactions and ensure proper record-keeping
  • Assist in optimizing OTA performance, analyzing booking trends and adjusting strategies accordingly

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proven experience working as a Executive Assistant or in a related position 
  • Experience in managing OTA (such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, etc.)
  • Strong leadership and delegation abilities to ensure smooth team coordination
  • Hardworking, honest and proactive attitude
  • Ability to handle guest interactions professionally and provide high-quality service.
