Responsibilities:
- Manage online travel agency (OTA) platforms to ensure accurate pricing, availability and seamless booking processes
- Handle guest reservations, special requests and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Standby on the phone to assist guests and coordinate with relevant teams for smooth operations
- Oversee the check-in and check-out process as well as ensuring a welcoming experience for guests
- Organize and oversee the daily tasks of the team as well as ensuring everyone is aligned with operational goals
- Effectively delegate responsibilities to maintain efficiency and service quality
- Handle cashier duties including processing payments and maintaining financial accuracy
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure proper record-keeping
- Assist in optimizing OTA performance, analyzing booking trends and adjusting strategies accordingly
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience working as a Executive Assistant or in a related position
- Experience in managing OTA (such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, etc.)
- Strong leadership and delegation abilities to ensure smooth team coordination
- Hardworking, honest and proactive attitude
- Ability to handle guest interactions professionally and provide high-quality service.
