A Motorcycle Rental Company in  Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic E- Commerce Admin (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Build and implement processes from scratch including order handling scripts, response templates and internal workflows
  • Manage product assortment including upload new items, update descriptions and monitor stock and pricing 
  • Respond to inquiries and support tickets
  • Resolve disputes in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction
  • Track shipments and returns
  • Liaise with couriers to ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare regular reports and insights for continuous improvement 
  •  Automate workflows using Notion, Google Sheets, and CRM tools

Requirements:

  • Indonesia Citizen 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English 
  • Proven at least 3 years of experience working as an Ecommerce Admin or in a related position
  • Experience in motorcycle parts e-commerce would be a plus 
  • Basic understanding of taxation and online commerce regulations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Clear communication and a customer-first mindset
