A Soda Distribution Company in Canggu is looking for a reliable and proactive Customer Success Officer (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate product information and assist customers with orders, complaints, and delivery updates
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through friendly and solution-focused communication
  • Prepare invoices and delivery documentation for outgoing orders
  • Pick, pack, and organize soda products for delivery to retail and individual customers
  • Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure smooth and timely dispatch
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and restocking
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organize products according to company standards
  • Support the sales team by identifying potential upselling opportunities during customer interactions
  • Work closely with operations to ensure a seamless order fulfillment process
Requirements:
  • Indonesian citizen
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, basic English is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems and invoicing tools
  • Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse duties
  • Positive, proactive, and team-oriented personality
  • Able to work independently and take initiative when needed
