Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and email in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate product information and assist customers with orders, complaints, and delivery updates
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through friendly and solution-focused communication
Prepare invoices and delivery documentation for outgoing orders
Pick, pack, and organize soda products for delivery to retail and individual customers
Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure smooth and timely dispatch
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and restocking
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organize products according to company standards
Support the sales team by identifying potential upselling opportunities during customer interactions
Work closely with operations to ensure a seamless order fulfillment process
Requirements:
Indonesian citizen
Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, basic English is a plus
Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Comfortable using basic computer systems and invoicing tools
Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse duties
Positive, proactive, and team-oriented personality
Able to work independently and take initiative when needed
