A Spare Parts & Apparel Store in Denpasar, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Head of Creative (Full-time) 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee daily creative operations as well as ensuring smooth workflows and timely output
  • Provide guidance, support and professional development to team members
  • Supervise the development of creative content as well as ensuring it aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives
  • Review and approve content to maintain quality and relevance
  • Develop content plans and concepts tailored to the target market
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns including influencer and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) collaborations
  • Ensure campaigns resonate with the target audience and achieve brand goals
  • Create and implement marketing strategies for social media and e-commerce platforms
  • Manage ads on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube as well as marketplaces like Shopee and Tokopedia
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, news and developments in social media, e-commerce and marketing
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and successful campaign execution

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proven experience working as a Head of Creative or in a related position  
  • Proficient in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Familiar with marketplace platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Facebook Marketplace)
  • Expertise in marketing strategies and ads on social media and marketplaces
  • Strong copywriting and communication abilities
  • Ability to plan and conceptualize content tailored to target markets
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills would be a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication and team-building skills
  • A keen eye for good taste and the ability to guide the team effectively
