Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily creative operations as well as ensuring smooth workflows and timely output
- Provide guidance, support and professional development to team members
- Supervise the development of creative content as well as ensuring it aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives
- Review and approve content to maintain quality and relevance
- Develop content plans and concepts tailored to the target market
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns including influencer and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) collaborations
- Ensure campaigns resonate with the target audience and achieve brand goals
- Create and implement marketing strategies for social media and e-commerce platforms
- Manage ads on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube as well as marketplaces like Shopee and Tokopedia
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns
- Stay updated on the latest trends, news and developments in social media, e-commerce and marketing
- Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and successful campaign execution
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience working as a Head of Creative or in a related position
- Proficient in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Familiar with marketplace platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Facebook Marketplace)
- Expertise in marketing strategies and ads on social media and marketplaces
- Strong copywriting and communication abilities
- Ability to plan and conceptualize content tailored to target markets
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills would be a plus
- Strong organizational, communication and team-building skills
- A keen eye for good taste and the ability to guide the team effectively
