- Schedule and publish content across various digital platforms following provided guides and timelines
- Utilize proprietary CMS and scheduling tools to manage content efficiently
- Collaborate with account managers, designers and developers to ensure seamless content execution
- Conduct thorough testing of scheduled content to verify correct display across different devices and platforms
- Provide timely and effective Level 2 content support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of content launches and updates
- Oversee a small team, ensuring smooth workflow and task delegation
- Act as the main point of contact for the Australian team as well as ensuring clear communication and alignment
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience working as a Content Scheduler or in a related position
- A passion for digital content and a keen interest in marketing
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
