A Company in Bali is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Offshore Compliance Admin (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support in a structured, process-driven environment.
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, registers, and documentation
- Follow SOPs, checklists, and service-level timeframes consistently
- Triage incoming tasks, manage competing priorities, and escalate issues appropriately
- Support rostering and workforce coordination in a 24/7 operational environment
- Assist with incident and complaints administration, audit preparation, and compliance registers
- Prepare basic reports, including Excel trackers and dashboard updates
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information at all times
Work across multiple systems and platforms with high accuracy in data entry
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven experience in administration or operations support (health, disability, aged care, workforce coordination, or similar field)
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Confident working with SOPs and structured processes
- Strong written communication skills (clear, factual, and professional)
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and multiple systems
- Experience in rostering or workforce coordination is preferred
- Experience handling incidents, complaints administration, or compliance documentation is an advantage
- Exposure to NDIS, disability services, or other regulated environments is a plus
- Familiarity with CareMaster, Employment Hero, or similar platforms is preferred
- Basic reporting skills using Excel
