Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure that all customers receive outstanding service by maintaining a friendly welcoming atmosphere in the store and resolving complaints or issues as they arise

  • Be willing to learn about our health supplements and clinic services so that you can explain them to our customers.

  • Help drive sales by ensuring the products are attractively displayed and by speaking to customers in-store.

  • Help manage the bookings of clinic services like IVs and blood tests.

  • Work with our Procurement Manager to monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory audits to minimize shrinkage

  • Ensure that all financial transactions including cash, credit card and returns are handled accurately and securely

  • Assist in creating work schedules that ensure proper coverage for shifts including weekends and holidays

  • Ensure that the store is clean, organized and well-maintained at all times including overseeing the setup of promotional displays

  • Ensure that all company policies, health and safety standards and legal regulations are followed by staff

  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for management as well as providing insights on sales trends and performance


Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen

  • Excellent in written and spoken English communication 

  • Proven experience working as a Shop Supervisor or in a similar role

  • Strong understanding of retail operations including sales, customer service and inventory management

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate a team

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask

  • Basic proficiency in using POS (Point of Sale) systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

  • Ability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively

  • Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends and holidays as required
