A Wellness Company in Cemagi is looking for a Cafe Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
Coordinate with the Café Manager to manage inventory, order supplies and maintain stock levels
Supervise café staff during shifts as well as providing guidance and support to ensure they perform their duties effectively
Assist in training new employees and conducting ongoing training to maintain service standards
Ensure that all customers receive prompt and friendly service, addressing any issues or complaints in a professional manner
Monitor the dining area to ensure customers are satisfied with their experience
Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared according to the café’s standards of quality and presentation
Monitor the consistency of products served, providing feedback to staff to maintain high standards
Assist with daily cash handling procedures, including cash register reconciliation and deposits
Ensure that all health, safety and sanitation standards are strictly adhered to within the café
Serve as a point of contact between the café staff and management, ensuring clear communication regarding expectations and procedures
Requirements:
Indonesian citizen
Excellent in written and spoken English communication
Proven experience working as a Café Supervisor or in a similar role
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent customer service skills, with a commitment to providing a positive customer experience
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of financial management including cash handling and cost control
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service
Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
