A wellness company located in Cemagi is looking for a Cafe Manager


Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring smooth and efficient service

  • Manage inventory levels, place orders and ensure the availability of all necessary ingredients and supplies

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the café including the kitchen, dining area and storage

  • Recruit, train and supervise café staff including baristas, servers and kitchen staff

  • Schedule shifts, manage attendance and ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours

  • Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered as well as addressing any customer complaints or issues promptly

  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers, building relationships and encouraging repeat business

  • Monitor and control operating costs including labor, food and supply costs to maximize profitability

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update the menu, ensuring a variety of high-quality offerings

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality products

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen

  • Excellent in written and spoken English communication 

  • Proven at least 2 years of experience working as a Café Manager or in a similar role 

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating a positive customer experience

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Basic financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control and cash handling
