A Construction Company in Sanur, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Bookkeeper (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records for multiple local and Australian companies using Xero
  • Process accounts payable and receivable including reconciliations, payments and receipt tracking
  • Prepare and monitor financial transactions as well as ensuring compliance with local and Australian tax regulations where applicable
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow summaries
  • Issue invoices and purchase orders accurately and on time
  • Maintain and update administrative systems to ensure efficient workflows and document management
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments, resolving discrepancies as needed
  • Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers and customers regarding account-related inquiries, payments and disputes
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to facilitate smooth financial operations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure coordination between financial and operational activities

Requirements:

  • Indonesia Citizen 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proven experience working as a Bookkeeper or in a related position
  • Proficiency in Xero 
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations 
  • Knowledge of Australian financial regulations would be a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite (Excel, Sheets, Word, Docs, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
