A Construction Company in Sanur, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Bookkeeper (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records for multiple local and Australian companies using Xero
- Process accounts payable and receivable including reconciliations, payments and receipt tracking
- Prepare and monitor financial transactions as well as ensuring compliance with local and Australian tax regulations where applicable
- Assist in preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow summaries
- Issue invoices and purchase orders accurately and on time
- Maintain and update administrative systems to ensure efficient workflows and document management
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments, resolving discrepancies as needed
- Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers and customers regarding account-related inquiries, payments and disputes
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to facilitate smooth financial operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure coordination between financial and operational activities
Requirements:
- Indonesia Citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience working as a Bookkeeper or in a related position
- Proficiency in Xero
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Knowledge of Australian financial regulations would be a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite (Excel, Sheets, Word, Docs, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
