A Beachclub in Tabanan, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Beach Club Operations Manager (Full Time)
Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for day-to-day floor operations, ensuring smooth service delivery at all times
- Act as the central point of command on the floor — proactively jumping in to resolve any issues that arise
- Lead and motivate a team members across multiple departments (e.g., service, bar, kitchen, security, etc.)
- Maintain high standards of guest experience and ensure all interactions are service-oriented and professional
- Collaborate closely with other departments to coordinate event execution, staff scheduling and problem-solving
- Ensure all operational procedures and health & safety standards are followed
- Foster a dynamic, energetic and positive team culture on the floor
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent in written and spoken English communication
- Proven experience working as a Beach Club Operations Manager or in a similar role
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a naturally engaging stand-out personality
- Service- and guest-oriented mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling unexpected challenges
- Willingness to be physically present and involved in all aspects of floor operations
- Energetic, committed and ready to lead from the front
