Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea and specialty drinks consistently to company standards
- Greet customers warmly, take orders and provide recommendations when needed
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders and other café equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure workstations, equipment and dining areas are clean, organized and well-stocked
- Handle cash, card and digital payments accurately
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, seasonal offerings and promotions
- Uphold hygiene, safety and quality standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy environment
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment
- Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn
