A Wellness Centre in Seseh looking for Administrative Assistant (HoW)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Wellness Science, including managing correspondence, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
Schedule, coordinate, and manage member’s assessments in order to create their Personalized Wellness Plans (PWPs)
Schedule, coordinate, and manage appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless organization and time management for the Head of Wellness Science
Create, organize, and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring accurate documentation and easy accessibility.
Input and update data in spreadsheets, databases, and other systems with precision and attention to detail.
Monitor and maintain office supplies, liaising with vendors to ensure timely procurement and inventory management.
Prepare and process expense reports, reimbursements, and invoices, ensuring alignment with company policies.
Conduct research, prepare detailed reports, and assist in creating PWPs and support ongoing wellness projects and initiatives.
Serve as a key point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, providing assistance and information as needed.
Support ad hoc tasks and special projects to enhance the efficient operation of the office and wellness programs.
Requirements:
Indonesian citizen.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a wellness, science, or research-focused environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
A proactive attitude and ability to work independently while supporting team objectives.
