A Construction Company in  Bali s looking for a talented and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant (Full-time, Remote)

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex US Government RFP/RFQ solicitation documents (often 100+ pages) and accurately extract all submission requirements including deadlines, formats, mandatory forms, certifications and instructions
  • Create, maintain, and manage Compliance Matrices to ensure every solicitation requirement, question and clause is fully addressed with zero omissions
  • Support end-to-end proposal compliance management, identifying risks, gaps and non-compliance issues early in the process
  • Perform professional document control and formatting for proposal submissions using Microsoft Word and PDF including styles, headers, section numbering, page limits, tables and layout to meet US Government standards
  • Assist in proposal research, drafting and summarization using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity), while independently reviewing and validating accuracy, tone and compliance
  • Conduct detailed quality assurance reviews, ensuring grammatical accuracy, clarity, consistency and strict adherence to solicitation instructions
  • Manage multiple high-pressure deadlines simultaneously and ensure timely, error-free submission of proposals


Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Proven working experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Ability to identify grammar, clarity and tone issues in technical and professional documents
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience supporting international tenders or proposals 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, especially document formatting and styles
  • Comfortable working with AI tools to enhance productivity and research
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and process-driven
