 A Property Development Company in Uluwatu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant (Full time)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and streamline office operations and procedures for maximum efficiency
  • Assist in updating and filing legal documents to ensure compliance and easy access
  • Manage both digital and physical filing systems to maintain organized records
  • Order office supplies and ensure that the office is well-stocked and organized
  • Assist in onboarding new employees by providing orientation and necessary resources
  • Support human resources tasks such as record-keeping and employee coordination

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Excellent in written and spoken English communication
  • Proven experience working as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in HR tasks would be a plus
