Responsibilities:
- Organize and streamline office operations and procedures for maximum efficiency
- Assist in updating and filing legal documents to ensure compliance and easy access
- Manage both digital and physical filing systems to maintain organized records
- Order office supplies and ensure that the office is well-stocked and organized
- Assist in onboarding new employees by providing orientation and necessary resources
- Support human resources tasks such as record-keeping and employee coordination
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent in written and spoken English communication
- Proven experience working as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in HR tasks would be a plus
