Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage accounting and administrative documentation
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Oversee payments, taxes and fiscal compliance in accordance with Indonesian regulations
- Review and submit reports on the OSS platform accurately and on time
- Coordinate with the accounting firm for tax filings and financial compliance
- Handle invoicing, bank reconciliations and payment processing
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of financial transactions
- Assist in managing contracts, payroll and other administrative matters
- Support internal teams in financial and administrative processes
Requirements:
- Indonesia Citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven at least 3 years of experience working as an Admin and Accounting Officer or in a related position
- Prior experience working with foreign-owned companies (PMA) in Indonesia
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Familiarity with the OSS platform for reviewing and submitting quarterly reports
- Experience in invoicing, payments, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software like Xero, QuickBooks or local accounting tools is preferred
