Job Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) and other applicable regulations.
Provide professional accounting consultancy and practical financial solutions tailored to each client’s business needs.
Conduct regular financial analysis, data validation, and reconciliation to maintain financial integrity.
Coordinate and manage internal and external audit processes, ensuring the timely submission of required documentation.
Ensure all financial activities and reports are fully compliant with tax and financial reporting regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows and support day-to-day operations.
Contribute to the design, improvement, and implementation of accounting systems, tools, and procedures.
Prepare and present periodic financial reports and updates to management and relevant stakeholders.
Support the planning and execution of financial strategies that drive growth and efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Consultant.
3+ years of experience as an Accounting Consultant (preferred).
Proficient in English – both written and verbal communication.
Willing to relocate to Bali if currently based outside the area.
Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting and tax regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High level of initiative, energy, motivation, and a proactive attitude.
