A Learning Program Company in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Youth Program Coordinator/Scout Event Coordinator (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Lead group sessions and activities for kids
- Follow the Wolf Pack lesson plans and curriculum
- Prepare materials and set up the meeting area before sessions
- Help plan and improve activities and projects
- Communicate with parents when needed
- Keep sessions safe, positive and organized
- Support with small office or admin tasks
- Attend meetings and complete First Aid training
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Event Coordinator similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Confident leading and managing groups of children
- Friendly, patient and responsible
- Experience working with kids (e.g., school, camp, or sports)
- Enjoys outdoor activities and teamwork
- Organized and good at planning
- Basic DIY or outdoor skills would be a plus
