Responsibilities:
- Maintain and regularly update company websites to ensure smooth operation
- Update content, banners, and product information as required
- Ensure all Elementor layouts, designs and functions display correctly on desktop and mobile devices
- Diagnose and fix issues related to themes, plugins and hosting
- Monitor website performance and resolve technical glitches quickly
- Collaborate with hosting providers when necessary to resolve server-related issues
- Improve site speed, security and overall performance
- Ensure SEO-friendly structure when implementing updates
- Regularly back up website data and implement best practices for security
- Work closely with the rest of the team to implement website changes, new pages or landing pages for campaigns
- Support marketing initiatives by uploading promotional assets and ensuring proper functionality
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Website Specialist or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong experience with WordPress and Elementor (front-end and back-end)
- Basic knowledge of CSS/HTML and plugin troubleshooting
- Ability to solve technical problems quickly and independently
