- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Package food items neatly and correctly
- Perform quality control by checking presentation and taking pictures before delivery
- Report daily activities and updates to the designated group (e.g., WhatsApp or internal system)
Requirements:
- Indonesia Citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience working as a Waitress or in a related position
- Ability to operate a computer and tablet
- Familiarity with using an EDC (Electronic Data Capture) machine for payment processing
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
