A Women Clothing Store in Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Visual Merchandiser (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement compelling visual merchandising strategies across all Bali stores in line with brand identity and seasonal campaigns
- Ensure all in-store displays reflect the brand's purpose, values and storytelling vision
- Plan and execute visual updates including window displays, product layouts, mannequins and focal areas, guided by a structured Windows Calendar
- Source and manage materials (e.g., mannequins, hangers, furniture) and liaise directly with suppliers, while staying within budget
- Prioritize the commercial impact of displays to drive sell-through and support sales performance
- Collaborate closely with marketing and retail teams to amplify product launches, promotions, and storytelling moments
- Train and guide store staff on visual presentation standards and best practices
- Monitor customer interaction and behavior, adjusting displays and layouts to optimize the shopping experience and increase conversion
- Integrate sensory elements—such as music, scent, and spatial flow—to create a holistic and immersive store environment
- Stay current on industry trends, innovations and sustainable visual merchandising practices
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven at least 3 years of working experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar role preferably within fashion or lifestyle retail
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Excellent aesthetic judgment with a strong eye for composition, detail and color
- Solid understanding of customer behavior and how to translate brand stories into physical retail environments
- Deep alignment with Company's values and the ability to express them through visual and sensory design
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and within a team in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of sustainable materials and eco-friendly merchandising practices would be a plus
