Responsibilities:
- Ensure all guests receive high-quality, personalized service throughout their stay
- Recruit, train and supervise villa staff including housekeeping, front office, maintenance and drivers
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage across all properties
- Conduct regular staff performance reviews, provide coaching and encourage professional growth
- Conduct regular villa inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance and readiness for guests
- Manage operational budgets, optimize expenses and maintain service quality
- Oversee purchasing, vendor relationships and cost control
- Work closely with reservations and sales teams to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Ensure staff compliance with company policies, service standards and safety procedures
- Guarantee compliance with local regulations, safety and hygiene standards
- Continuously identify opportunities for operational efficiency and enhanced guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven at least 5 years working experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control and vendor management
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to details
