Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the villa’s operations as well as ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Communicate with guests before, during and after their stay to ensure a memorable experience
- Assist with check-in, check-out and handle special requests (e.g., tours, dinners)
- Manage a small team, provide training and ensure excellent service standards
- Work with suppliers and maintenance teams to ensure the villa is always in top condition
- Prepare and maintain operational reports for the villa owner or management
Requirements:
- Indonesia Citizen
- Excellent in written and spoken English communication
- Proven at least 3 years of experience as a Villa Manager or in a similar role
- Ability to build and lead a small team while maintaining a positive work environment
- Attention to details and problem-solving abilities to handle guest needs and operational issues
- Reliable and responsible with a professional and welcoming attitude
