A Villa in Seminyak, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Villa Manager (Full Time)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the villa’s operations as well as  ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Communicate with guests before, during and after their stay to ensure a memorable experience
  • Assist with check-in, check-out and handle special requests (e.g., tours, dinners)
  • Manage a small team, provide training and ensure excellent service standards
  • Work with suppliers and maintenance teams to ensure the villa is always in top condition
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports for the villa owner or management

Requirements:

  • Indonesia Citizen 
  • Excellent in written and spoken English communication 
  • Proven at least 3 years of experience as a Villa Manager or in a similar role
  • Ability to build and lead a small team while maintaining a positive work environment
  • Attention to details and problem-solving abilities to handle guest needs and operational issues
  • Reliable and responsible with a professional and welcoming attitude
