A Travel Company in Sanur, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Travel Designer Manager (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop customized, complex, multi-destination travel itineraries for individuals, families, and corporate clients
- Manage the full booking cycle, including flights, accommodations, tours, transfers, insurance, ticketing, and reissues
- Handle VIP, high-value, and corporate accounts with a high level of service and attention to detail
- Provide immediate and effective crisis support during travel disruptions, including cancellations, emergencies, or natural disasters, demonstrating calm and decisive problem-solving
- Mentor and support junior consultants, including reviewing and approving itineraries to ensure quality and accuracy
- Achieve individual and team sales and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including negotiating rates and contracts
- Ensure seamless operational execution and high customer satisfaction across all travel arrangements
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven at least 5 years of working experience as a Travel Designer Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong expertise in designing travel itineraries for international/overseas clients
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships
- Friendly, positive, and service-oriented attitude with a passion for travel and hospitality
