A Clothing Store in Uluwatu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Stock Controller (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock deliveries
- Organize and maintain inventory in both factory and retail store
- Ensure stock quantities are accurately updated and synchronized in Shopify and POS systems
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, discrepancies, or issues
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Prepare stock for distribution to relevant departments
- Coordinate with internal teams for stock allocation and movement
- Manage and track consignment deliveries and receipts
- Monitor consignment stock levels and sales performance
- Prepare inventory and stock reports for management
- Assist in improving stock accuracy and inventory management processes
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Stock Controller similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Familiarity with Shopify and POS systems is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records
