An IT Company in US is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Success Coordinator (Full Time, Remote)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the app by coordinating with the internal team, following up on progress and ensuring all tasks are completed on time
  • Provide excellent customer support including understanding the app’s functionality and offering accurate product assistance
  • Handle product management tasks, ensuring smooth coordination between development, support and client needs
  • Assist the client in organizing and managing the team, ensuring effective communication and workflow
  • Identify and report issues or improvement opportunities related to product performance or team processes

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Proven working experience as an Product Specialist or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Experience in product development and product support
  • Intelligent, proactive and quick learner with strong attention to details
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to adapt to various software tools
