Responsibilities:
- Manage Instagram posting using pre-created contents
- Edit short-form videos and podcast clips with captions
- Repurpose content across multiple platforms (e.g., podcast → clips, posts, emails)
- Research high-performing content trends within the niche for inspiration
- Update and create on-brand Kajabi webpages
- Handle client onboarding (e.g., contracts, forms, welcome systems)
- Manage offboarding including continuation offers, testimonial requests and follow-ups
- Coordinate episode schedules and guest logistics
- Manage podcast editor payments and keep workflows organized
- Monitor and respond to DMs/comments in brand voice or flag urgent ones
- Input data into dashboards (e.g., sales, podcast downloads, IG/email growth)
- Present simple reports to track performance and guide decisions
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Business Operations Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong organizational skills and a systems thinker who thrives on creating efficiency
- Proficiency with Notion (e.g., databases, task dashboards, content calendars, project tracking)
- Hands-on experience with automations (e.g., Zapier, Kajabi, or other advanced integrations)
- Strong skills with Kajabi, Canva/CapCut, Google Drive
- Social media awareness with a good eye for trends on Instagram
- Basic video editing (e.g., captions, cuts, repurposing clips)
