A Construction Company Lombok, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Site Supervisor Project (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring quality, safety and adherence to deadlines
- Supervise site personnel and contractors, ensuring tasks are carried out according to plans and specifications
- Monitor project progress based on approved drawings and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) standards at all times
- Report progress, issues and incidents regularly to the Project Manager or Construction Manager
- Control and monitor the use of materials and equipment on-site to minimize waste and ensure efficiency
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven at least 3 years of working experience as a Site Supervisor Project similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Technical diploma or degree in Civil Engineering
- Strong understanding of safety standards and quality control
- Familiar with construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Hands-on experience with Light Steel Frame systems
