Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations
- Drive sales performance and consistently achieve or exceed monthly targets
- Upsell and cross-sell to maximize transaction value
- Act as a leader on the sales floor, supporting and guiding junior sales staff
- Ensure the team maintains high service standards and product knowledge
- Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Maintain product displays according to brand standards
- Handle transactions, POS operations, and cash management accurately
- Prepare sales reports and assist in tracking store performance
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Senior Sales similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, styling, and customer preferences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team
