A Property Company in Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Interior Designer (Full-time and On-Site)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine design concepts aligned with client needs, brand identity, and project objectives
- Produce detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and material specifications using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop)
- Oversee design implementation and coordinate closely with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Present design proposals, manage client feedback, and maintain strong professional relationships
- Prepare cost estimates, monitor project budgets, and ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines
- Stay updated on global and local design trends, sustainability practices, and innovative materials
- Assist in coordinating with suppliers and related project stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Bali (not a junior level)
- 2–3+ years of proven experience handling residential, commercial, or hospitality projects
- Experience working with reputable interior design firms, preferably with international exposure
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both creative vision and technical expertise
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and Photoshop
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and sustainable design practices
