A luxury property company in Jakarta is looking for a talented and experienced Senior HR Manager – HR Governance & Employee Relations (Full-time).
Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and improve HR policies, procedures, and internal HR frameworks
- Ensure company HR practices comply with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Develop, review, and standardize employment contracts, company regulations, and HR documents
- Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues, employee complaints, disputes, and other sensitive situations
- Identify and manage HR and employment-related risks
- Provide HR advice and recommendations to the CEO and senior management
- Support the company in developing and improving its organizational structure, roles, and responsibilities
- Develop and maintain clear performance management and accountability systems
- Provide guidance to management and employees regarding HR policies, employment terms, and internal procedures
- Work closely with management to ensure HR practices support the company's business and operational needs
- Stay updated on changes in Indonesian employment regulations and ensure company policies remain compliant
- Handle confidential employee and company matters with a high level of discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8–15 years of experience in HR, preferably as a Senior HR Manager, Senior HR Business Partner, or similar senior HR role
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Indonesian labor law
- Proven experience developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
- Strong experience in employment contracts, company regulations, and HR documentation
- Proven experience handling complex employee relations and sensitive HR matters
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience advising senior management or business leaders
- Strong understanding of organizational structure and performance management
- Able to work independently and report directly to the CEO
- Experience working in a structured and professional organization
