A Construction Company in Lombok is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Corporate Lawyer (Full-time and On-site)
Responsibilities:
- Advise the company on legal, contractual and regulatory matters, ensuring compliance with current legislation and minimizing risk exposure
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers and partners
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, administrative hearings and other official matters
- Provide legal advice on labor, corporate and commercial law issues
- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes that may impact business operations
- Coordinate with external law firms for specialized legal cases and ensure alignment with company interests
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven at least 5 years of working experience as a Senior Corporate Lawyer similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) with a valid bar membership
- Solid understanding of labor, commercial and contractual legislation
- Experience in the construction or real estate industry would be a plus
- Tax law knowledge will be considered would be a plus
