Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture and decoration products
- Explain product details including materials, dimensions, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Upsell and cross-sell complementary products
- Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, Instagram, LinkedIn, and in-store visits
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of the showroom
- Ensure all products are properly displayed and priced
- Prepare quotations and invoices accurately
- Work closely with management and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Sales Staff similar role preferably in furniture, home décor, or hospitality
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets
- Friendly, proactive, and well-presented personality
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in WhatsApp and social media platforms
