A Property Management in Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales Manager (Full-time - Remotely)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full sales cycle: lead qualification, presentations, follow-ups, negotiations and closing deals
  • Represent Bali villa projects to international buyers, especially Australian clients
  • Drive both direct sales and referral/broker-driven sales
  • Build and expand strong broker networks in Australia (top priority)
  • Develop and grow local Bali broker and agent partnerships
  • Open new international sales channels in additional markets as the business grows
  • Create and implement basic sales processes, reporting structures and weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate sales data, buyer information and pipeline tracking
  • Build long-term relationships with investors, brokers and strategic partners
  • Provide professional communication, property presentations, and consultation to international clients


Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Proven working experience as a Sales Manager similar role within Real Estate Industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • A proven strong closer with ability to work independently and deliver results without supervision
  • Experience handling international clients, especially Australian buyers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Strong market understanding of Bali property trends would be a plus
