A Property Management in Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales Manager (Full-time - Remotely)
Responsibilities:
- Handle the full sales cycle: lead qualification, presentations, follow-ups, negotiations and closing deals
- Represent Bali villa projects to international buyers, especially Australian clients
- Drive both direct sales and referral/broker-driven sales
- Build and expand strong broker networks in Australia (top priority)
- Develop and grow local Bali broker and agent partnerships
- Open new international sales channels in additional markets as the business grows
- Create and implement basic sales processes, reporting structures and weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales data, buyer information and pipeline tracking
- Build long-term relationships with investors, brokers and strategic partners
- Provide professional communication, property presentations, and consultation to international clients
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Sales Manager similar role within Real Estate Industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- A proven strong closer with ability to work independently and deliver results without supervision
- Experience handling international clients, especially Australian buyers
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong market understanding of Bali property trends would be a plus
