A Food Distributor Company in Denpasar, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales Manager (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve company targets
  • Manage and lead the sales team, providing training, coaching and performance guidance
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across FMCG, B2B and Horeca markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors and key stakeholders at both local and national levels
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to support decision-making and strategy refinement
  • Prepare accurate forecasts, sales reports and presentations for management
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and after-sales support
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing and partnerships with distributors and key accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations, finance) to support business objectives

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Proven at least 5 years working experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role in FMCG, B2B, or Horeca sectors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English 
  • In-depth knowledge of the food market (FMCG) at national and Jabodetabek levels
  • Strong track record in customer relationship management with accurate database handling
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve ambitious targets under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Well-connected with local and national FMCG distributors
