A Real Estate Company in Umalas, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales Executive (Full-time, On-Site)

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify new leads through networking, referrals and marketing activities
  • Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs, preferences and budget
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations and tours in a professional manner
  • Negotiate and close deals to secure the best outcomes for both buyers and sellers
  • Create and manage high-quality property listings with professional descriptions and visuals
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and contracts
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities and property values
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize property promotions and campaigns

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • In-depth knowledge of the Bali real estate market including regulations and client expectations
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Target-driven, motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
