Sales and Customer Service Manager

A Healing Center in Ubud, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service Manager (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to inquiries for retreats, trainings and private sessions via email and booking platforms
  • Guide potential clients from initial curiosity to committed booking
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create/update listings, content and reviews
  • Develop and optimize sales funnels for higher conversions
  • Maintain and improve communication templates for consistency and efficiency
  • Provide accurate payment information and confirmations
  • Troubleshoot payment issues and ensure smooth client transactions
  • Track bookings, cancellations, refunds and payment flows in collaboration with Finance
  • Answer pre-arrival questions, send FAQs and forms and ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate handovers to the onsite team (e.g., WhatsApp groups, communication channels)
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales and service flow and propose solutions
  • Track and report on conversion rates, revenue contributions and client feedback

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Proven working experience as a Sales and Customer Service Manager or in a similar role within hospitality, wellness, retreats or conscious businesses preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Comfortable with CRM and communication tools (Trello, Slack, Excel, WhatsApp groups)
  • Calm under pressure, able to manage multiple conversations with professionalism and care
  • Independent, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
