A Healing Center in Ubud, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service Manager (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to inquiries for retreats, trainings and private sessions via email and booking platforms
- Guide potential clients from initial curiosity to committed booking
- Collaborate with Marketing to create/update listings, content and reviews
- Develop and optimize sales funnels for higher conversions
- Maintain and improve communication templates for consistency and efficiency
- Provide accurate payment information and confirmations
- Troubleshoot payment issues and ensure smooth client transactions
- Track bookings, cancellations, refunds and payment flows in collaboration with Finance
- Answer pre-arrival questions, send FAQs and forms and ensure timely completion
- Coordinate handovers to the onsite team (e.g., WhatsApp groups, communication channels)
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales and service flow and propose solutions
- Track and report on conversion rates, revenue contributions and client feedback
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Sales and Customer Service Manager or in a similar role within hospitality, wellness, retreats or conscious businesses preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Comfortable with CRM and communication tools (Trello, Slack, Excel, WhatsApp groups)
- Calm under pressure, able to manage multiple conversations with professionalism and care
- Independent, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
