Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple retail outlets to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards
- Monitor store performance through KPIs, sales reports, and operational reviews
- Drive sales performance and implement strategies to achieve company targets
- Analyze sales trends and develop action plans to maximize revenue and profitability
- Lead, train, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results
- Ensure consistent delivery of high customer service standards across all stores
- Handle escalated customer issues and implement improvements based on feedback
- Maintain consistent visual merchandising and brand presentation across all outlets
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, in-store events, and marketing activities
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
- Work closely with Finance, Inventory Control, Marketing, and other departments
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational excellence and compliance
- Prepare and manage operational budgets
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Retail Operations Manager or a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience managing multiple retail outlets and leading large teams
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, surfing, action sports, or related retail sectors
