A Villa in Kedungu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Reservation Agent (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Handle reservation inquiries through various booking channels (online and offline)
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding availability, rates and booking details
- Perform soft upselling to clients by recommending suitable villa options and services
- Assist clients in selecting our property by confidently presenting benefits without excessive sales pressure
- Negotiate rates and booking terms with potential clients when necessary
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, housekeeping, guest relations) to ensure smooth booking processes
- Update and manage booking details within the Property Management System (PMS)
- Maintain accurate reservation records and guest information
- Support daily operational tasks when required
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Reservation Agent similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Familiar with Property Management Systems (PMS)
- Strong understanding of online and offline booking processes
- Good communication and negotiation skills
