A Villa in Uluwatu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Reservation Agent (Part-time/Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update all booking channels (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
- Monitor competitor pricing and adjust rates accordingly
- Handle guest inquiries via WhatsApp in a timely and friendly manner
- Coordinate guest requests, special needsand ensure seamless check-in/check-out experiences
- Liaise with the on-ground team in Uluwatu for operational matters
- Maintain accurate records and ensure up-to-date availability on platform
- Utilize Little Hotelier (training provided) for booking management
- Ensure mobile phone is on and accessible 24/7 for guest and team communication
- Support basic reporting and data entry using Excel
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience working as a Hostess or in a related position
- Confident using Excel for basic reporting and updates
- Background in the hospitality industry is preferred
