A Property Company in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Real Estate Broker (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads and conduct initial client consultations
- Understand client objectives such as investment returns, lifestyle purchases or capital preservation
- Present suitable real estate projects based on financial and strategic criteria
- Conduct online and in-person meetings with prospective clients
- Guide clients through the full sales cycle, including consultation, property presentation, negotiation and closing
- Provide professional advice on property investment opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with private clients and investors
- Deliver a premium client experience aligned with the company's brand standards
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up activities in the CRM system
- Track leads, opportunities and conversion performance
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Broker similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong negotiation, persuasion and closing skills
- Solid understanding of property investment fundamentals such as ROI, rental yield and investment models
- Target-driven with a strong results-oriented mindset
