A Construction Company in Kuta, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Calculate construction work volumes based on drawings and technical specifications
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor and equipment for medium-scale projects
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and price proposals
- Verify on-site quantities to ensure alignment with calculated measurements
- Prepare quantity take-off and project progress reports to support project management
- Coordinate closely with site engineers and project managers regarding quantity and cost data
- Ensure compliance with company standards and construction regulations
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Senior Technician or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction specifications
- Proficient in estimation and calculation software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools
- Highly detail-oriented, accurate and able to work effectively under deadlines
- Good communication skills with strong team coordination abilities
